General Questions
Return/Exchange Policy?
We currently only have the ability to grant returns/exchanges for:

- Incorrect product was sent to you/never recieved 
- Product is damaged/misprinted/defective 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/missing items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received(or marked as delivered). Contact us at radicleapparel@gmail.com for any issues or order lost in transit. 

We currently CAN NOT provide returns for ordering the incorrect size/wrong fit. PLEASE SEE THE SIZING GUIDE FOR YOUR BEST REFERENCE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express,  Discover, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal
What is your privacy policy?
We only use your information within Shopify's secured platform and their approved applications.

*We will use your email address for marketing opportunities if you choose to allow it. 
Shipping
- Shipping time will be between 5-12 business days *During the Holidays these times may be longer and is reliant on the delivery vendor*
*Pre-orders will have the estimated shipping date listed at checkout*
- You will be provided a tracking number for your order
- Shipping price will be calculated at checkout
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once the order is processed by our vendor(s) it can not be changed/canceled as it is printed on demand, specifically for your order.
